This approach creates a complete industrial closed loop, spanning everything from the in-house R&D and mass production of core components to the commercial deployment of finished robots, with products serving diverse scenarios ranging from home consumer use to industrial and commercial services.

The team is primarily composed of graduates from prestigious domestic and international universities (such as the University of Hong Kong, HKUST, Beijing Institute of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University, and Hunan University) and industry experts with experience at renowned companies like DJI, LYC Bearing, and IBM.

Our production and R&D operations are based in Dongguan Songshan Lake, a location that offers inherent manufacturing advantages; these enable us to accelerate supply processes and fulfill customer orders anytime, anywhere. Our two major production facilities in Songshan Lake span over 30,000 square meters and feature 17 automated and semi-automated production lines, three flexible production lines, and a comprehensive quality inspection center.

direct Drive Tech holds 321 granted patents (including 41 invention patents and 210 utility model patents), 7 copyrights, and 26 registered trademarks, covering robot chassis, sensors, drives, and motor units. Leveraging its robust technical capabilities, the company has established three core technological pillars—robot powertrain module technology, wheeled-legged robot technology, and modular assembly technology—to secure a competitive advantage. It currently has 163 patent applications and 17 trademark applications pending in China.
